COMMENT: A WORLD GOVERNMENT UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE WHO AND THE UN PROMISES US?

WILL THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT WITH CROATIA BE SEEN LIKE A DROP IN THE (PIRAN) SEA, COMPARED TO THE PROPOSED INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENT COVID -19 (Covid – 19 Treaty) OF THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION?

While most people switched incredibly quickly from fear of a “deadly” virus to fear of war and quickly swapped vaccinators or anti-vaccines for the camp of invaded Ukraine or “evil” Putin, the World Health Organization (controlled by the majority of individual donors Gates &GAVI, e.g. private capital interests) is quietly preparing for a global coup: the WHO member states should simply hand over all their constitutional rights to the World Health Organization in times of pandemics or natural disasters (including global warming).

The World Health Organization (WHO) is proposing a new international agreement on Covid (Covid-19 Treaty), which extends the 2005 Treaty (IHR 2005), which was signed by 189 countries. Once signed by the Minister of Health, the WHO Constitution (Article 9) will take precedence over the State Constitution and will apply during “natural disasters or pandemics”.

The perceived threat alone will be enough for the WHO to identify it as a sufficiently large threat and declare a state of emergency. We will be left at the mercy of the WHO, the World Bank, the United Nations and the corporations that work with them. The consequences of signing such an agreement are so huge and far-reaching that top Slovenian lawyers and the media should demand clear answers. Has the Ombudsman called? Information Commissioner?

When it came to a few kilometers of Piran Bay and access to the open sea, the President convened experienced lawyers in a group to negotiate arbitration, negotiations were held at the highest state level, the public was informed. Now, when we are threatened with the complete loss of state sovereignty and the loss of fundamental human rights in times of pandemics or natural disasters, we know neither the negotiating team, nor the negotiating positions, nor the reasons for starting negotiations.

Given that the WHO is inclined to change the definitions – the definition of pandemic, herd immunity, vaccines have been changed, we can reasonably expect to be under the control of the World Health Organization, mostly due to changes in definitions or statistical models and not real threats. Or simply because they will decide that we need new training and threat simulation (see the 2019 World at Risk report ).

WHO is already on a low start before negotiations: Signing a contract with Deutsche Telekom

We saw on Wednesday, February 23, 2022, how the role of the WHO as a global “health government” will look in practice. The WHO has signed a contract with its subsidiary Deutsche Telekom (DTEGn.DE) T-Systems to develop a software solution for global electronic verification of coronavirus vaccination certificates. Is the director general of the WHO Dr. Tedros asked for approval from 194 WHO member states? It looks like the agreement has already been signed and is represented by Tedros for all 194 countries in the contract with Deutsche Telekom. An incredible precedent in terms of state sovereignty.

The QR code-based software solution will also be used for other vaccinations. The WHO will support its 194 Member States in building national and regional verification technology. It is a data bank of an incredible 7.9 billion people, which will be controlled by a few corporations and a couple of wealthy families.

The purpose of the International Agreement is therefore the desire for complete control over everything, down to the last atom. The agreement with Deutsche Telekom on a single QR verification system is just the basis for a digital ID, where all your information will be stored – from health information to religious beliefs, online behavior, as well as online banking transactions and credit points. acquired through appropriate behavior. It’s about how much electricity we’ll be allowed to consume, what we’ll be allowed to read, see, hear, say – and even eat. Whether and where we can travel. The list of “banned items” will continue to grow.

Background to the proposed international COVID-19 agreement

Let’s examine the development. Most of the facts are already known about what was happening in the background, but not all the facts.

In March 2021, a year after the pandemic was declared, the WHO announced that European Council President Charles Michel, WHO Director-General Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus and more than 20 world leaders were proposing to strengthen the role of the WHO. January 12, 2021, with 194 signatories to the 2005 agreement agreed to begin negotiations to sign a new international agreement.

During the last week of January 2022, the WHO held an emergency meeting in Geneva to discuss the expansion of its powers. In March 2022, the first meeting of the intergovernmental negotiating body will take place. Negotiations are expected to be completed by 2024.

WHO’s explanation why a new International Agreement is needed.

“ The COVID-19 pandemic is the biggest challenge for the world community since the 1940s. At that time, after the destruction of the two world wars, political leaders came together to form a multilateral system. The goals were clear: to unite countries, to overcome the temptations of isolationism and nationalism, and to face challenges that can only be achieved together in a spirit of solidarity and cooperation, namely peace, prosperity, health and security.”

The comparison of the pandemic with war and the proposed multilateral international treaty “Treaty”, which is best known as a tool for resolving disputes between the conflicting parties, sounds strange in the first place.

After World War I, the famous Versailles treaty plunged Germany into poverty and famine, which led to the rise of nationalism, and also served with the 1919 Balfour Agreement — England’s landing that Israel was entitled to its state in Palestinian territory. The League of Nations was established, the beginning of today’s United Nations, which was founded immediately after World War II and which, with a resolution in 1948, established the state of Israel on Palestinian territory. The Paris Peace Agreement after World War II changed the lives of most Europeans and beyond for good. The World Health Organization is just one of the subsystems of the United Nations, it originated from the Rockefeller Foundation’s health department. Rockefeller was also the one who donated the land on which the United Nations building was erected.

Why such a long introduction to an international agreement – the Treaty?
As this is an international, legally binding document which, in the event of signing, will turn Slovenia into a “administrative unit” [corporation] of the WHO, leaving the health of its citizens at the mercy of corporations that reduce the individual to a Digital ID unit that can be connected to blockchain, whose data is available 24/7 for various uses and abuses, data mining, DNA harvesting (DNA is a medium that allows much better storage of information than traditional semiconductors). In the age of the Internet of the Body, an individual is connected to a central unit in a global corporation and there is no one above the corporations who can prevent abuse.

The reasons for signing the agreement, cited by the World Health Organization, can be summarized in three points:

1. Enhanced WHO role for a more adequate and centralized response to any future pandemic and natural disaster.
2. Access to all medical services, especially vaccines for all.
3. One health.

Ad 1: Why health and the World Health Organization as the core of the “new world government”?

The answer is not far away, it can be found in Hillary Clinton’s high school dissertation on Saul Alinsky (Rules for Radicals) and whose loyal follower is also Barack Obama. In addition to the rules for radicals, he also laid the 8 foundations on which the socialist state is built – and look at it – the control and control of the health care system is the foundation of building a socialist state. There is therefore a rabbit in this bush – a constant emphasis on the need for the role of the WHO as a global authority on health. We will see later that Covid “live training and simulation” served just that – strengthening the role of the WHO, preparing for the establishment of unified global mechanisms and an international agreement that will confirm the WHO as a global government in the field of health and natural disasters.

The international agreement also summarizes in detail point 2 of the Alinsky plan: with all impossible and unnecessary measures, procedures (vaccines, masks, lockdowns, endless testing), “governments” MUST borrow from the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank to sink into ever-deepening indebtedness, higher taxes, poverty.

Who are the owners of the World Health Organization to whom we are supposed to surrender our health management decisions?

Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (11.8%), Germany, USA, EU, UK, GAVI (founded by Bill and Melinda Gates). Therefore we will be expected to surrender our health management entirely to the Gates Foundation, which is by far the largest donor to the WHO.

Ad.2.: Access to medicines, especially vaccines, for all

WHO: “Immunization is a global public good and we will need to be able to develop, manufacture and introduce vaccines as soon as possible? Therefore, the COVID-19 Access Tool accelerator (ACT-A) has been set up to promote equal access to tests, treatments and vaccines and to support health systems around the world. ACT-A has achieved many aspects, but fair access has not yet been achieved. We can do more to promote global access. To this end, we believe that countries should work together for a new international pandemic preparedness and response treaty.”

What is the Covid Access Tool Accelerator, the use of which will be required by law if a contract [Treaty] is signed?

Ad.3: One health

WHO: “A renewed collective commitment would be a milestone in strengthening pandemic preparedness at the highest political level. It would be enshrined in the constitution of the World Health Organization. This includes strongly strengthening international cooperation to improve, for example, alert systems, data exchange, research and local, regional and global production and distribution of health and public health countermeasures such as vaccines, medicines, diagnostics and personal protective equipment. It would also include recognizing a “one health” approach that connects the health of humans, animals and our planet. Pandemic preparedness needs global leadership for a global health system suitable for this millennium.”

And we are in an area where health and climate change meet. In Constant readiness for dangers, be they health or natural. Because everything is one global system. And one agreement will thus relate to everything that breathes, crawls and goes and interacts. The media already warns that heart disease is the result of climate change, etc.

“When we protect one, we help protect all” sounds suspiciously similar – “We must vaccinate everyone, to help protect all.” We can expect “live-in” simulations of the climate pandemic, closing the economy “lock-down” and force countries to implement WHO strategies, mandatory construction of “all green” to avoid global warming, of course with money from the generous World Bank and IMF, which will be increasingly difficult to return. Why negotiate at all and what benefits would common people receive?

Governments have nothing to negotiate. Common people have not lost the war. Our rights have been unjustly taken away; children have been thrown into harmful circumstance without professionally supported research on their effectiveness. We do not need negotiations to get our rights back. They are given to us by birth, and a handful of self-proclaimed lords of the planet cannot take them away from us.

Benefits of the contract? Not very big. The WHO has performed very poorly with its constant changes in guidelines, changes in definitions, non-transparency, and the concealment of independent research. It worked to the detriment and not the well-being of patients – banning IVM, HCQ, promoting untested vaccines before all other treatments.

If the WHO had not intervened, then doctors would performed as they have done so far. Considering local and patient characteristics. Now our Trust has been largely shattered. The sick would have been treated, and the healthy would not have been heard from. The entire two-year WHO campaign was aimed at vaccinating as many people as possible. Even now, if we read carefully, their main goal is to achieve the broadest possible consensus, for the fast production and use of vaccines to exclusively treat any future “pandemics.

What awaits us in case of signing the agreement?

According to the changed definitions of pandemics, vaccines, etc. in each country, regardless of the real situation, the WHO will be able to impose WHO guidelines, e.g. pandemic approach, diagnostic methods, vaccines, simulations, field trials, which will be mandatory after signing the agreement, no longer just “recommended” as they are now. The range of possible uses and abuses is endless:
1. The WHO is a private organization dependent on donations. The bigger the donor, the more influence in decision making.
2. Use only WHO-approved diagnostic procedures, tests, research
3. Tracking and evaluation of all digital tracks 24 hours a day (tracking)
4. Mandatory vaccinations for adults and children for all diseases so decided by the WHO
5. Restriction of civil rights for people without a vaccination passport
6. Forced quarantine for sick people, removal of children from parents due to quarantine
7. Enforcing restrictions on free movement (travel restrictions, etc.)
8. Enforcing digital money when banning cash (cards due to viruses)
9. Introduction of digital identity, where vaccination status is the basis
10. Declaring a medical “state of war”
11. DNA testing, DNA sales, ownership of DNA material
12. Censorship of all information that is not in line with the WHO narrative
13. The United Nations military and police in the event of natural disasters and pandemics?
14. “Trust the plan, Trust the science” – “Trust the plan, Trust the science” approach, where any doubt is punished by censorship and consequent deprivation of credit.

he first GPMB report thus saw the light of day in 2019, and it contains 7 urgent actions needed to prepare the world for health emergencies The full report reads like an action plan for Covid – 19. Masks on children’s faces are already waiting for us in the title of the report. In 2019! The Global Preparedness Monitoring Council (GPMB), with a five-year mandate created in 2018 by the World Health Organization and the World Bank, has received generous funding from Gates, which is, of course, the single largest donor to the WHO. Guess who else was on the GPMB board? Anthony Fauci, as well as Chris Elias, President of the Bill & Melinda Gates Global Development Program, Chinese representative of the CDC,… In short, all those who made important decisions during the pandemic (or system wide training & live simulation, as they called it).

PCR was also developed by a CEPI scientist, Dr Christian Drosten, from a genetic sequence published online by Chinese scientists and confirmed by the WHO to be suitable for Covid-19 testing. ( CEPI = Gates found + WEF + Welcome Trust ). Like RFK Jr. described in detail in his newly published book, GPMB serves as a “true authoritative collective to enforce rules during the coming pandemic”.

The purpose of this so-called “independent” monitoring and accountability body was to confirm the introduction of police state control by global and local political leaders and technocrats and to support their efforts to adopt a series of sharp actions modeled by Gates simulation: tame resistance, relentlessly censor disagreements, isolate the healthy, and persuade them to get vaccinated during a predictable global health crisis.

In June 2019, about twenty weeks before the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Michael Ryan, executive director of the WHO Emergency Health Program, summed up the GPMB pandemic report and noted that “we are entering a new phase of high-impact epidemics” that will be the “new norm” “where governments around the world will step up controls and limit mobility of citizens.” Does any of this sound familiar?

How did scientists conceal information about the origin of the Sars-CoV-2 virus from the laboratory?

In its September 2019 report, the Global Preparedness Monitoring Council – a joint branch of the World Health Organization and the World Bank – noted that technological advances “allow disease-causing microorganisms to form or re-create in laboratories ” and that the release of such organisms could cause more destruction than a natural outbreak (remember the wording from the report – intentional release of a deadly respiratory virus?). The board consisted of Jeremy Farrar (director of the Welcome Trust) and dr. Anthony Fauci (Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, NIAID), both of whom advocated a theory of zoonotic origin for SARS-CoV-2 and helped suppress the theory of leaks in the laboratory.

In the World at Risk 019 report we can read “UN (and WHO) perform at least two training and simulation, [sessions] one of which with the deliberate release of a deadly respiratory virus” (System wide training and simulation exercise, including one for covering the DELIBERATE release of [a] lethal respiratory pathogen

A review of the performance of the plans is scheduled for September 2020. So the virus was deliberately released between September 2019 and September 2020? Only Covid-19 meets this criterion. After September 2020, the European Commissioner at the Paris Peace Conference 2020 proposed the preparation and start of negotiations on the international COVID-19 Treaty (Covid -19 Treaty). The experience from the Covid operation seems to have led directly to the Covid-19 Treaty.

Was the entire shutdown of the world only part of a UN-WHO simulation aimed at strengthening the role of the WHO and signing an internationally binding treaty?

The 2019 report shows that the UN and the WHO are not satisfied with the implementation of the 2005 Treaty on International Health Regulations (IHR), which was signed by 189 countries. As the treaty does not reach a satisfactory level of implementation, the report says that countries need to be further encouraged to incorporate the proposed mechanisms and start implementing them. A significant part is also dedicated to vaccination, shortened development and production of vaccines, and financing of measures and vaccines by the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. Both organizations are part of the United Nations .

How much did the governments of the world know it was a simulation and how much did they consciously participate in it?

The question arises as to how much the governments of the countries knew it was a simulation and how much they consciously participated in the destruction of their country’s economy and the great suffering of their people caused by these mass shutdowns. Above all, the impact of house arrest on people’s psyches, loss of jobs and means of subsistence is not negligible.

Of course, the report also provided for financial instruments to help countries in the pandemic. The measures, as well as infection growth models, definitions of positives, definitions of deaths for Covid (within 28 days of a positive test and similar nonsensical creative solutions), as well as confirmation of PCR test for infection monitoring are the result of cooperation between WHO and Welcome Trust, which already left footprints in the HIV affair and swine flu. While rich boys went simulation with the aim of strengthening the role of the WHO and controlling global health and population, small and medium-sized businesses collapsed, families were prevented from seeing their elderly relatives in the hospice, many died alone. After two years, false scientists are exposed with their absurd and changeable statements, a vaccine that causes visible damage, there are admissions that the vaccine does not prevent disease, does not stop viral transmission, does not prevent hospitalization and needs to be strengthened with multiple injections. it is necessary to re-inject the population of the entire planet every few months.

It was a simulation and quite an amateur production. Evil to the core, and amateur. And why? Because they knew it was training, with a specific purpose. Come to an international treaty that will give them unwavering power over the planet. All their reports point to that. No need for conspiracy theories. They were clear it was an experimental drug; governments were testing pandemic management mechanisms at various levels. Just as the report dictated. They also got money, a lot of money from the European Central Bank, to implement the WHO plan, they changed the definitions, the procedures, without scientific research. Checking the responses of health mechanisms and people. It was all a big experiment, not just experimental vaccines. Who in their right mind can believe that you can make a vaccine in 2 days, based on a computer model?

And such an organization is now supposed to take care of our health, the planet. Such an organization, which is doing “live” simulations on people, on children, to leave our sovereignty in the most difficult moments? Given what they have been doing for the last two years, I seriously wonder if the proposed agreement is only part of a larger planned simulations. As well as the war that blew away the worst pandemic and virus in the last century like a spring breeze. The same media that misled us in the pandemic is misleading us now.

But it has also been revealed that times have passed when we can trust our governments. Governments have agreed, knowingly or unknowingly, to a game that is also made to bring them to an end. People have been tortured by the flu-level mortality virus, all with the intent of complying with the orders of the Health Organization, a private organization that pursues the benefits of its masters, but by no means the health of the individual. They have taken money for senseless measures that are now causing inflation to rise, taxes to rise, poverty to rise. “Incompetent local governments” will therefore be replaced by the “global government” that created this situation.

In summary, the WHO helps create, distribute and then release a deadly pandemic virus, and this pandemic virus allows the WHO to take control of governments and also order the forced vaccination of the population by the same companies that distributed and released deadly viruses in the first place. the pretext of protecting the population from a pandemic they have created themselves.

The corporate mainstream media, owned by the same WHO-funded corporations, systematically conceal the nature of the real danger from the general public, as well as the side effects of vaccines. The public is thus only aware of the one-way truth of the WHO and related companies – the looming threat of a virus (which is real or not and the solution to that threat – vaccination and always just vaccination. Because ideal investment, earnings are 1:10 and completely without responsibility for Big Pharma, which is owned by the same companies that donate to the WHO.

Western governments understand Covid is being used as a cover for the collapse of Western economies. Everything is reminiscent of Kabuki theater to disguise the reality of the rapid economic downturn caused by Ponzi schemes of financial institutions over the past few decades. The seasonal coronavirus was renamed Covid-19 based on a redefinition of what a “pandemic” was, which the WHO transformed at the behest of its funders. This gave access to financial incentive programs that were large enough to save any failing economy. These aids do not come at zero cost.

The International Monetary Fund and the World Bank give you the money you need to ‘support’ your country through their fictional “crisis” provided you do what they say, test, monitor and vaccinate everyone, tell their story through their media and, to pay them back sometime in the future. Covid-19 is probably the latest robbery and mass migration of wealth and natural resources into the hands of a handful of self-proclaimed masters of the world .
